It has been a STRUGGLE getting to this workout complete. I was supposed to start on the 1st BUT of course I got a head cold. At the same time my husband came down with a double ear infection and was completely worthless for 4 days.... (men!). So I had to be super mom while battling my own cold = no workouts!
Yesterday was a bad day so I was determined to use a workout this morning to get my mind right. I missed working out! Also, how quickly your body loses strength and flexibility is crazy! This low impact workout was hard!!!
