Hi FB community!
This is not really workout related but I'm frustrated. Do you guys have tricks to get up in the morning? I feel so tired, have no energy and just don't get into gear. I sleep enough, I like my job (just not getting up at 6am) and would love to get up a bit earlier for stretching or just to be earlier at work to get some extra hours in. But it's a real struggle EVERY D*** MORNING!!!
