Hello FB Family - back during Christmastime I went for a run and got a stress fracture in my left foot that is still healing. It is small and right in the top-middle of the foot, causing mild pain and swelling. I have not been exercising since then but want to get back into it. I just built myself a workout calendar for February focusing on upper body and core (through strength + kickboxing), along with working - gently - on an elliptical or bike. I also plan on focusing on stretching/gaining flexibility while it heals too. If anyone has any advice/suggestions on this plan, I would love to hear it!
