High rep, low weight - but how low?

Hello blenders!

I'd love to know your thoughts on this? Do you incorporate this style of training into your workouts?

I'm just curious as to how low of a weight to go? It varies from person to person I suppose, day to day.

Deadlifts for example, at the moment I'm lifting 45lbs per hand. My max is roughly 8 reps. For my workouts I almost always lift heavy, but having just read some benefits on both styles of training, I'd love your input!

Also, if you do this, how often do you alternate between high rep low weight, low rep high weight? Weekly? Every other week?
