Hi everyone, me again.
I only weigh myself twice a month now, at the start of my workout and at the end.
I finished another around of FB Burn and for the first time I did every optional workout and did every single day for an entire month. I normally miss a day or 2 due to work etc but not this time.
I weighed in on Jan 7th as 234.3lb.
Today is Feb 2nd and I hit my lowest weight ever. 227.7
6.6lbs in less than a month is a record breaking move for me.
I am absolutely over joyed with the results I am getting from Fitness blender and the community feedback.
Feeling fantastic but still have a long road ahead.
When I feel the time is right I will be sure to share my photos.
