Working out on Ski Vacation?

Hey guys! So every year our family takes a weeklong winter vacation to go skiing. We do both downhill and cross country skiing. I am currently working through FB Fit, and am wondering if it will be fine if I still continue working out on vacation. Skiing is quite a workout on it's own, but as long as I have the energy, is it ok for me to continue with FB? I don't want to do overwork myself too much. Thanks!
