Slow squats and Bulgarian split squats


Fed up of not being able to do anything, I found myself looking through FB videos and found a squat--only video! So, I'm not allowed to jump at all or use my upper body. Squats don't use either of those, right? So I did the 8min video slowly and carefully. Couldn't do the jump squats at the end so added Bulgarian split squats!!

I finished and found my heartbeat had increased SO much! I know better than to do more than this, as I'm still technically not allowed to do any exercise, BUT I think slow squats are ok as they don't affect my chest or arms 😊

Feeling like I was productive!! As of Wednesday I'm seeing my surgeon and depending on how that goes, I might add some basic pilates into this short routine, like sitting up in a static Russian twist position etc.
