Hello my dear fellow blenders,
I just wanted to introduce this beauty to you. I am so happy to have it! I had one 10 kg (20 lbs I guess?) dumbbell before but last week the supermarket had a special workout equipment offer, so now I have two and finally squats and deadlifts are really hard (again).
