Finished FB adventure combined with FB Booty Rd 2

I just finished my combined program this morning! I really liked this combo, it didn't feel like too much and I didn't feel like I was overdoing it at all during the last 4 weeks. AND BONUS NSV, on my adventure days I did spinning or BodyPump (sometimes both) and I didn't feel completely worn out afterward. I usually get a sustained adrenaline rush and clean the house lol. Does that happen to anyone else?

I can tell my stamina and endurance is higher as compared to a few months ago. I've gained around 5 lbs, but my clothes fit better, and I'm not too worried about what the scale says anyway.

Onto my next challenge, since I focused on my booty in the last 4 weeks, I'm going to work on my upper body the next 4. I am combining FB bored easily and FB flex. I still plan on going to spinning or bodypump a few times a week and probably time it to my leg days to keep some type of balance.

Does that sound like a good plan?

I think I'm becoming addicted to hitting that 'workout complete' button. :)
