New 4 Week Workout Complete

I am one workout away from completing the new 4 week workout. It was my first workout purchase. I have done random workouts from fb in the past but nothing consistent. I see the most results in my overall cardio stamina, strength and toned arms! Lesson learned - don’t weigh yourself. Muscle weighs more than fat and it can be discouraging if a pound or two pops up. HahahHa.
