Healthy Eating Challenge - Day 17

Hello everyone!

Just a brief post because it's my lunch break and I'm hungry :D I'm having my favourite rosemary red lentil soup (fortunately, I made enough to freeze a few portions for later this week). For dinner I'll probably bake some fish again, it's really the fastest and healthiest way to cook it, IMO. Besides, you can also throw in some veggies and have a perfect meal that makes itself while you're busy somewhere else :)
