Hey guys, could you please recommend me some good pre-workout snacks that aren't so hard to digest (that I can eat 30 min before workout)? I know that bananas are good-to-go, but I wanted some more options (since I don't want to eat it almost every day).
P.S. What is your opinion about chocolate (dark) before workout? (I'm talking about 1-2 pieces, not whole bar). Could I use it as a quick pre-workout snack?
