Daily Check-In

1/29/2019! Had a mentailly draining day at work so as soon as I came home I was totally thinking "Wow, i just had such a long day, I totally deserve a break. Maybe I'll watch Netflix for the next couple hours to "unwind." LOL. Realized how lazy that sounded and also realized I'd been working out for the past four days, so why ruin it now? So, decided to do a quick HIIT and total body strength routine from FB Fit Round 2 and didn't quite finish up the whole strength vid, but hey, better than nothing, right?

Also, I've scheduled both FB Fit and FB Fit Round 2 into my calendar, so I can kinda pick and choose which workout I want to do for that day. It helps because you still have a "program" kind feel but also you're open to change it up! Works so far, (but it's only day 5, so we'll just see how it goes).
