Fitnessblender journey

I just saw your over 5.5 millions subscribers! I love fitnessblender. I did my first workout with y’all in 2015. I had been doing lots of jogging/sprinting & hurt my hamstring so I was looking for something I could do at home. I did the 32 minute cardio workout & was hooked. I love the nutritional/educational advice y’all give as well! In 2017, I started applying those tips & lost 20 pounds in about 6 months & have kept it off. More importantly, I am stronger & healthier, mentally as well as physically. My favorite programs are the 8 week FB Fit 1 & 2. Thank you, thank you, thank you. ❤️❤️❤️
