My goal for this year is to work out 5 days a week with 2 rest days. That's 260 possible work out days, but to give myself a little breathing room for things like travel or feeling sick I'm shooting for 250 days. I am on the second week of Busy people round 2, Jan 1 was a recovery stretching day and today is just a relaxing day, so tomorrow I start back in! I have been pretty good at exercising consistently over the past 5 months and I feel great, so this goal is to help me keep it up! If I need to take more days off because of unforeseen things, that's okay, this is just a goal so I can push myself, always have to be flexible! How are you goals coming along?
