Motivation Monday

When thinking about fitness and nutrition (and life, in general!), finding balance is key.

This balance, however, is not necessarily easy to find, nor is there a one-size-fits-all solution out there just waiting for us. You need to give yourself time to find what works for you. Not what works for your friend. Not what works for your neighbor. Not what works for that person on social media. What works for you!

We have to put in the time to figure out what this balance is, of course, but sometimes it really comes down to those little things that you do, nearly every day.

No grand gesture or extreme, awe-inspiring lift. Just another inch towards where you want to be, day in and day out. Showing up for yourself in small ways, over and over again.
