Healthy Eating Challenge - Day 15

Hello Blenders!

Today we're officially half-way through this 30 day challenge! How is it going for you? I hope you're doing your best to eat clean and nourish your body with great food :D

It was such a busy day for me, that I'm happy I did all my cooking yesterday, otherwise I wouldn't be here describing my #HealthyDayComplete. I made chicken and veggie soup in advance, so I only had to warm it up, put some broth over the cous cous, and there it was, lunch in 5 minutes! Dinner was ricotta soup with crunchy veggies (mostly fennels and carrots) and croutons. Yes, I'm back to soups - it's my favourite winter food, so there will be lots of it in my posts :)
