A bit of a setback

So, a couple weeks back I purchased FB 30 round 3 and was excited to get started. Recently I got into a car accident which caused me to injure my left shoulder. Not broken, but sprained and 'not-normal' enough that I can't do certain exercises....chest fly, reverse fly, push-ups, etc.

I think I'm going to put the brakes on this program until the shoulder is 100%. I still plan on doing other FB workouts that don't put strain on it...HIIT, lower body, etc.

I'm sure others have been in similar situations. It's just frustrating getting sidelined like this...especially since the accident wasn't my fault and out of my control. Oh well....pop squats here I come...LOL
