Healthy Eating Challenge - Day 14

Hello Blenders!

How is your Sunday going? Or is it already Monday where you are? Whatever the time, let's celebrate, because we made it 2 weeks into this challenge!

So, today I had some left-over chard pie from yesterday, and I made bruschette with salmon and ricotta spread, yum! Dinner was chicken and veggies (mostly carrots, celery and onions) plus a dessert... My aunt baked an apricot jam crostata. I love apricot jam, so I couldn't resist! I had a generous slice, and it tasted amazing *.* [Then again, my aunt is the queen of crostata]. Still, I got a #HealthyDayComplete! This is just a reminder that you can have dessert and still have a healthy day if you don't overindulge! As Maria Fernanda likes to say: balance :D
