Finding balance - yoga questions

Hello

I have worked out consistently with fitness blender for a couple of years and I love it. Before discovering fb, yoga and outdoor activity, mainly walking, were how I stayed physically/mentally healthy.

Over time, fb workouts have become, slightly obsessively, my top priority, whereas my yoga practice and daily walks have been relegated to supplementary activities and often bumped out of my daily routine entirely.

I'm a little saddened by this and seeking to switch it around again to find a more fulfilling balance. I.e. maintaining a daily, strong yoga practice, getting outdoors, incorporating fb workouts when I can.

So

Does anyone here achieve this - if so, what types of fb workouts work best for you around your yoga practice?

Do you have recommendations for:

- youtube channel with intermediate/advanced yoga practices, preferably in a structured series? (I LOVE Adriene, but am looking for a more challenging practice)

- subscription websites - Alomoves, or others? What are your thoughts?
