One of the things I love about my fitness and nutrition journey is how I’ve become able to discern what my body needs. I could have pushed through very sore arms today, but after a hardcore lower body sesh yesterday lifting heavy, I knew my arms wouldn’t up for a workout today. Today’s low impact cardio and stretch was perfect. Some of the soreness and stiffness has already left and I’ll be ready to hit upper body tomorrow.
What are some of your favorite moments/milestones so far in your journey?
P.s. Bought “The Body Book” a few years ago and found it very helpful and a pleasant read. Recently picked it up again to re-educate and motivate myself. Highly recommend!
