How are you? Did you get your #HealthyDayComplete yesterday? I did!
So, what's cooking today? For me It's sea bass sautéed with onions, olive oil and my mum's secret ingredient... Sparkling wine! I'll also have a fennel salad with oranges and black olives. Ah, my mouth waters just writing it :) Dinner will be a little less healthy, but since we only eat those once in a while, it's a treat I will enjoy until the last bite: arancini! It's a very popular street food here, they're basically rice balls which are usually filled with ragù (Bolognese sauce), mozzarella and peas, and then deep-fried. They would be totally healthy, if it weren't for that slight, insignificant detail of being deep-fried :) As it is, they're delicious and I'll have one tonight since my mum was such a sweetheart as to buy some from our favourite place *.*
