Hypotension

Hello Blenders!

Is there anybody else fighting low blood pressure?

I've had hypotension for my whole life. I tend to get dizzy quite often. Some days are good, some days are bad - like today. When working out, my biggest problem are quick transitions - I know they're great to keep the heart rate up, but I get really dizzy. 10s breaks are the worst. It's not even nearly enough for me to calm down and get rid of that stupid dizziness. For example - today I did a great core workout. I thought it would be fine since it's just lying down on a mat, but boy, was I wrong! Switching between swimmers and crunches took like 20s instead of 10. It's really frustrating, because I have to keep stopping the video all the time.

Anyway, enough complaining - does anybody have any tips how to fight dizziness and low blood pressure in general? I am not looking for any cure (my doctor already told me there is none, lol) but I'd be happy for any tips how to make it better. Anything that helped those of you who are having the same problem?

I guess I just have to take it easy anyway.

Thanks for any advice and have you all a beautiful day!

P.S.: coffee doesn't help me and it makes me feel sick :D
