Working out with head congestion?

So I was really excited to start my thursday workout however i’ve had head congestion since last night and it seems worse today. I looked up online to see if it would be safe to and a lot of websites say “if it’s above the neck go workout.” I took some advil from the headache i’ve received with the congestion but I’m unsure if i should proceed with a HIIT & Strength workout. What do you guys think?
