Progress is...

Hello FB Family,

next month I will have my 2 year anniversary with FB, so I got reflective and thought about was has changed to when I first started working out.

So let's play a game.

Progress is:

- when you accidently miss the rest period

- when you start the next round before the timer is up

- when you stop shouting at the screen if "someone" 😉 miscounted their reps/rounds (again) 😄 and you have to do an extra one

- being able to choose pretty much any workout because you know how to modify for low impact, no equipment or whatever

- when the extra challenge doesn't feel extra anymore

- when "warm up/cool down not included" doesn't bother you, because you know what to do

- when you take an extra rest day without feeling guilty
