I have torn a muscle in my shoulder( can't pinpoint how but seems yo have worsened when raising my arms to put on my jumper 😞🙈)
I' ve been off work a week, following gp's advice to rest but also to keep moving. The shoulder is making progress but my emotional health is suffering from not being able to work out at full strength. My workouts are my therapy.
I have completed a couple of the beginner FB workouts but have to make lots if modifications. Mostly managing squats and lunges.
Trying to focus on the positives is sometimes easier said than done .
