POPCORN 😋

If anyone is craving popcorn and seeking a healthy alternative, here goes.... In a microwave safe popcorn “popper”, pour about 3/4 cup (max) of popcorn kernels. Add about 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and then add your favorite seasonings. I’m partial to lemon pepper😉, but tend to stick with no/low sodium alternatives. Shallots, cracked pepper and Penzeys Spices has a fabulous salt free alternative, “Sunny Paris.” Cover and microwave for about 3-4 minutes, but definitely pay attention! If you notice popcorn jumping in your microwave, probably ready. Taste test and if good, enjoy! Got my popcorn microwave safe “popper” from Target.
