I would like to buy good yoga mat for workout, especially pilates. I used to exercise on blanket or just on carpet, but it cause pain in my backbone.
I found mats from 15€ to almost 70€. I do not have problem to buy expensive mat, if I will know, that it is worth so much money.
Can somebody recommend me quality brand?
Are expensive yoga mats better than cheap ones?
