I started week 10 of Fitness Blender, and, although I have seen some success, I am not where I would like to be at this point.
I am 5’7” and somwhere between 150 and 157 lbs. I used to be around 120 lbs, so I’ve gained a lot of muscle. My last measurements were:
I would love to have more definition, particularly in my abs. I’m assuming
my diet needs to change to see that. Can you help? I am gluten-free due to Celiac disease. Thank you!
