I'm Nia! My pregnancies are rough but I couldn't wait to start to feel better (usually early 3rd tri) to go back to being active. I was on bed rest for 9 weeks and sick of it.
So, the moment I started feeling better, I started walking for 15mns 4x/wk...BUT I craved strength training and knew I had to start lifting soon.
My biggest accomplishment is that I finished FB Low Impact (with lots of modifications & rests haha) and recently started FB Bodyweight R2...I'm 35 WEEKS PREGNANT!!! 💪🤰
