Wristfriendly workouts?

Hello everyone,

Can anyone, by any chance, recommend some wristfriendly workouts?

I seem to have injured my wrist and would like to stay away from downward dogs and burpees for a while :)

I am both looking for some calmer yoga/pilates exercises and a little more challenging HIIT or cardio :)

I already found some on my own, but I am more than open to others sharing their wisdom!
