A few years back i was at my fittest, at the gym most days and doing fittness blender workouts. Last year i bought a house and the stress of it all got to me. My boyfriend and i started eating more takeaways and exercising less, now i feel like we cant get out of the cycle. We start off great during the week, then as it closes we need pur fast food fix, does anyone have any ideas on how we can break the cycle? Many thanks!
