It has been three years that I have done any moderate to advanced workout sessions. I am returning, after a long hiatus, to increase my workout regime, so it is fair to say I am a beginner again. No worries on that! However, I have noticed that on my upper back and chest, I get this weird, prickly sensation when doing a cardiovascular exercise. Does anyone else have had that sensation?
It is a bit frustrating to face this type of impediment and hard to ignore when trying to achieve personal goals. And it is not like the environment I am working out at is humid; it is actually very dry. It is winter and the air is very cold and dry where I am living. I am currently working out at the comfort of my own home.
Trying to see if any one else has faced this type of problem and understand how he or she overcame it.
