It's the start of the week-end, and I got my #HealthyDayComplete yesterday! What's not to celebrate?
I had little time to cook, so it's only some left-over baked cod from yesterday, peas and - again - leafy green salad. I hate raw leafy vegetables, but I eat them anyway because they're good for you, keep hunger at bay, have lots of fiber, etc. If you know of some way to make them tastier, feel free to share your suggestions! Anything to make lettuce more appetizing...
