Have been doing FB Sweat so burning a few more calories on this and, as a result, am feeling a lot tireder during the day. I think I need to eat smarter and have not yet got off the Christmas sugar binge plus cold weather eating plus time-of-the-month combo.
Looking for some good snack ideas which will be a variation to the regular fruit/nuts/popcorn. Thinking of some yogurt and granola, or healthy cookies - just need to find some will power there!
I know the first few days are the hardest with sugar...
