Do you eat before morning workouts?

Grateful for advice from the community. I tend to workout in the morning after getting the kids on the bus and before getting ready for work. I generally don't feel like eating until after my workout when I try to eat a balanced meal (though I drink water before during and after my workout). Do others have this pattern? Have any of you found it affects your results? Any suggestions for a super light snack that I might incorporate into my routine as soon as I wake up? Thanks!
