A few quick & easy tips to keep moving & keep eating well while traveling. As for eating well, we cook many of our meals while away from home - and we generally prefer restaurants that use fresh, whole food ingredients. Maybe it starts as a choice you’re trying to make but then it becomes so natural, something you don’t have to put a lot of effort or thought into. It just tastes delicious and makes you feel great. I think that’s a great place to be with food/your diet. Take that with you when you travel, the same way you embrace it at home!
