Work Biggest Loser challenge Week 1 results

Hi everyone! My office is having a Biggest Loser challenge through early April. Whoever loses the most weight wins the challenge, and every week we can choose to weigh in on this fancy Tanita Body Composition Analyzer.

I am actively working to maintain some sanity in this process -- not to become obsessive, not to super duper count calories, and to focus purely on my individual improvement.

Happy to share that while my overall weight only budged 0.2 lbs, my fat mass is down 3.4 lbs and my overall fat % is down 1.7% :) Really happy after one week of lifting heavy and not feeling like I've given up my social life or things that make my life satisfying.
