I don't think I ever did this one before. Probably it's the toughest workout I did in recent months. Oh boy it almost killed me! Brisbane's 33C temperature and 75% humidity wasn't helping me either. But it's a great total body combo. Repeating the same HIIT actually helped to be more mindful about form and effort.
And I am pretty surprised by my fitness progress. I was able to keep up with Daniel's jumping and still lifting heavy enough. So what that I am not losing inches?! There is progress! :D
