Healthy Eating Challenge - Day 3

Hello FB Family!

It's day 3 of this challenge, and I'd like to thank each and every Blender who shared his/her healthy meals with me - you are awesome!

I'm happy to say that yesterday I got my #HealthyDayComplete!

So, I'm about to have lunch, the beef steak is grilling nicely, and I'll pair it with a leafy green salad with chopped oranges and some fresh parsley. For dinner I'm thinking lentil pasta sauted with onions and courgettes/zucchini, with a side of whatever crunchy veggie I'll find in the fridge (might be fennels and celery). What about you? I'm always curious, and it's great to read about what you cook!

Just like yesterday, I'll update later when I get another #HealthyDayComplete - and I hope you'll share your own, too :D
