Jelly arms, and now legs!


Still have sore arms from my upper body workout two days ago. If anybody is looking for a complete burnout I would definitely recommend this one (although it is kind of the opposite of the bored easily format but is a killer!)

Now I have just done lower body, and I have to say I think it's one of the toughest lower body routines:

I think I'm actually going to struggle walking tomorrow! Will definitely be stretching day for me!
