Planned a few days off for Christmas and ended up taking a week off after getting a stomach bug!
Back on track today and got my workout complete. Day 8 of fb Burn and completed the extra credit. Legs are dead!
Feeling loads better. I find it amazing what exercise can do for my mental health. I physically couldn’t exercise last week and found myself becoming overwhelmed, lethargic, hormonal and wanting to stay in bed (partly because I really needed rest!). Feeling really energised after completing my workout and in a much better place. Planned to do tomorrow’s once the kids are asleep and planned a walk in the morning for some fresh air and fun! 😊
