Bored Easily Cardio + Core #workoutcomplete


Oof got it done! This workout is deceptively challenging and my core is already sore. I really struggle to do the core workouts (because it is my least fave are to work out) so I love the bored easily format for this body focus!

Anyone else have major issues with reverse planks and up and down planks? Trying to figure out the best modifications for these.
