Hello dear Blenders!
So I was really excited for and curious about the new workouts K&D released this year, and I swapped out day 5 of Sweat with a combination of the two! I never thought I would be 'that person' but: it was SO MUCH FUN :D Thank you Kelli and Daniel for your awesome work!
The combination of HIIT and upper body strength let me really maximize my effort in each interval, and the pilates was such a sweet burnout round afterwards! Also, there was some sneaky core work incorporated, especially if you concentrated on keeping everything tight and stable ;)
If you haven't already, go check the new workouts out - I highly recommend both!
