Healthy Eating Challenge - Day 2

Hello FB Family!

Today is day 2 of my Healthy Eating Challenge, and it's going pretty well so far. Yesterday I got a #HealthyDayComplete (credits to Lisa for the hashtag), which basically means I succeeded in eating well-balanced meals, with whole, nutrient-dense food. As I said in yesterday's post, eating clean is a bit difficult for me at the moment, but posting here is helping :)

I worked out early this morning (upper body strength with Daniel) and I've just had lunch - freshly baked bread still warm from the oven, with feta cheese, olive oil and sundried tomatoes, plus a side of steamied veggies. You wouldn't believe how hard it was not to go back for seconds! I needed every trick possible, but I made it :D

I'll update later when I get a #HealthyDayComplete for day 2, hopefully!
