In-between Programs Workout Video

I hadn't worked out in over a week because of the holidays and a bad cold. Tomorrow I leave for several days on a delayed visit to see family. So today I'm feeling really good. I just completed Day 1 of the Challenge for Busy People. Wow. I still am amazed at how quickly I become deconditioned....I struggled with the warm up! Then I remembered a post from a few days ago where someone recommended having a banana nearby to munch on when running out of steam during a workout. It worked great! Whoever you are, thanks for the advice! #gratefultofbcommunityworkoutcomplete
