I have just come to the realisation that my cat minx is trying to help me with my weight loss goals. One of her favourite games to play is tag, and I am always it. Whenever she gets hyped she always wants me to chase her,so we spend a good amount of time running up and down the house until she gets bored and wants to play with her favourite toy.
