Full week Lower, Upper and core

Hi All

I know how important it is to mix up workouts and do a combination of Upper, Lower and core with HIIT and cardio in a week (with 1 or 2 days rest of course)

But I've hit a plateu and was wondering if anyone has tried mixing up their workouts to confuse the body a bit. Im thinking to do the below but would like some advise if this is a good idea or not.

Sat - Lower strength and HIIT

Mon - lower bodyweight and cardio

Wed - lower strength and HIIT

Thurs - lower pilates

Sat - Upper strength and HIIT

Mon - Upper and cardio

Wed - Upper strength and HIIT

Thurs - Cardio

Sat - Core and HIIT

Mon - core and cardio

Wed - core and HIIT

Thur - core pilates

What do you think?

Thinking about it I might try total body workouts 3x a week as a change and see how that goes after a month...so indecisive haha
