I can't believe that I have worked out for eight weeks. I haven't missed a workout on my plans, and I even added weighted bridges/hip thrusts to the end of each video (thanks to suggestions by people here). I wish I would have taken before pictures, but I took pictures at 4 weeks and plan to take more today. I also want to take measurements today. I'm going to try very hard to not focus on those too much, though, because I feel like there won't be much difference. I have been able to do 185 lbs on hip thrusts, though! My goal for the end of next week is 200 lbs.
I started with FB booty, round 1 and then went to FB abs. I start FB strong tomorrow, which will be followed up by FB booty, round 2.
