Getting back at it! Personal health challenge and encouragement

I was faithfully working out for several years, rotating Fitness Blender workouts with running and walking. Even in my 40s, my body became the leanest and healthiest I'd ever been. Then a year ago, I developed a deep vein thrombosis in my leg and discovered I had a rare genetic tendency to clot. I had to immediately stop working out. Thankfully now, once you are on appropriate medicine to dissolve clots and prevent future ones, medical research says it's good to get moving. So my doctor gave me the go ahead. So now, a year later, I'm getting back at it, taking my time and like Kelli says, "listening to my body." I'm definitely not where I want to be, but this is the ebb and flow of life, and I'm just focusing on one day at a time! Thanks, Kelli and Daniel, for being transparent with your journey. Kelli, you are in my prayers to keep encouraged! I am really thankful for your philosophy and hard work. I've missed you guys, and I'm glad to be back!
